Ingredients
- 4 c. cubed potatoes
- water to cover
- 3 envelopes chicken bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 pt. light cream
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- snipped chives
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cook first three ingredients until tender; do not drain.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Heat until ready to boil; serve.
