Ingredients
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1-inch Velveeta cheese
- 3/4 c. Minute rice
- 1/2 bag broccoli
- 1/2 bag cauliflower
- buttered bread crumbs
Method
- Heat water, margarine, soup, milk and cheese in saucepan until cheese melts.
- Add rice.
- Slightly cook broccoli and cauliflower in small amount of water. Drain. Add to mixture. Pour in 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
