Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
- 1 can smoked oysters
Method
- Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic.
- Roll out flat on wax paper.
- Drain juice from oysters; chop up very fine and spread oysters over mixture.
- Roll up; cut off the ends so one can see the spiral of oysters.
- Keep refrigerated.
