Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 2) can peas, drained
  • 1 (No. 2) can French-style beans, drained
  • 1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 2 tsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Method

  • Put all vegetables into a large container with a lid that seals.
  • Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, water and paprika; mix until sugar is dissolved.
  • Pour liquid over vegetables.
  • Chill for 24 hours.
