- 1 (No. 2) can peas, drained
- 1 (No. 2) can French-style beans, drained
- 1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
- salt to taste
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 tsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Method
- Put all vegetables into a large container with a lid that seals.
- Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, water and paprika; mix until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour liquid over vegetables.
- Chill for 24 hours.
