Ingredients
- 1 pkg. strawberry jello
- 1/2 envelope unflavored Knox gelatine, mixed according to pkg.
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 2 medium bananas
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- To mix gelatin, add thawed strawberries, pineapple and nuts. Pour 1/2 mixture into container. Congeal. Spread sour cream over. Slice bananas over sour cream. Cover with rest of strawberry mixture and congeal. Serves 8.
