Ingredients
- 1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise (must be Hellmann's, other brands are too oily)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 oz. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Mix together and spread carefully on top of lettuce.
- Top with bacon bits (either Bac*Os or crumble fried bacon).
- Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
- This salad keeps well into the second or third day.
