Ingredients
- 2 1/4 lb. country-style pork ribs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. hot water
Method
- Rub ribs on both sides with salt, pepper, ginger and rosemary. Brush sparingly with soy sauce.
- Place ribs, fatty side up, on an ovenproof plate or pan.
- Grill in oven at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours, depending on thickness of ribs.
- Check for doneness by piercing with a fork.
- Remove ribs from oven.
- Wrap in foil.
- Keep warm.
- Add hot water to pan.
- Scrape up brownings.
- Strain juices into a saucepan.
- Heat.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cut ribs into even pieces.
- Serve with pan juices.
