- 1 c. buttermilk
- 3 lb. chicken, cut up
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
Method
- Stir buttermilk well.
- Dip chicken into milk.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Roll chicken in dry mixture.
- Place in a greased pan with cooking oil.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°, turning once.
- Serves 6 to 8.
