Ingredients
- 3 lb. stew beef
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 2 cans mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 c. cooking sherry
Method
- Put stew beef in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
- Spread onion soup mix over top; spread mushroom soup over and then pour cooking sherry over.
- Do not stir.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 325° for 3 hours.
- Serve over rice.
