- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. hot sauce
- 2 lb. chicken parts
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
Method
- Combine soup, oil, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire, garlic powder and hot sauce.
- In a 3-quart oblong dish, arrange chicken.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
- Spoon off fat.
- Spoon soup mixture over chicken.
- Bake for 30 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink.
- Serves 4.
