Ingredients
- 1 piece round steak, tenderized
- seasonings (your favorite)
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 can beef broth
Method
- Season steak with your favorite seasonings.
- Dredge steak in flour.
- Heat a Teflon skillet with the shortening.
- Brown cut up pieces for steaks.
- Place in Dutch oven. Pour beef broth over steak.
- Bake in oven at 350° until tender.
