Ingredients
- 3 c. squash, blanched and drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- salt to taste
Method
- Mix ingredients together, then put into a shallow, greased casserole.
- Top with cracker crumbs.
- Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
