Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 lb. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Cream together margarine and sugar.
- Add eggs; beat and add cracker crumbs, nuts and coconut.
- Add baking powder.
- Mix and then add milk.
- Divide batter into three greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until cakes test done. Remove from pans and assemble cake with icing.
