Ingredients
- 6 qt. sliced cukes
- 6 onions, sliced
- 2 green peppers
- 2 red sweet peppers
- 1 1/2 qt. white vinegar
- 6 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
Method
- Cover cukes, onions and red and green peppers with cold water. Let stand overnight.
- Drain well.
- Mix vinegar, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed; bring to a boil.
- Add cucumbers, onions and peppers.
- Simmer until tender.
- Can in jars.
