Ingredients

  • 550 grams Hot cooked rice
  • 1 packages Bonito flakes
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 large Umeboshi
  • 3 Shiso leaves
  • 2 Sliced (or processed) cheese
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp or so Sesame seeds (optional)

Method

  • Chop the umeboshi and shiso finely.
  • Cut the sliced cheese into 1cm squares.
  • Combine bonito flakes with the soy sauce and mix well.
  • Add all the other ingredients and mix together thoroughly.
  • Here's a variation coated with bonito flakes, inspired by a recipeby user "Edamame-korosuke."
