- 16 ounces orzo pasta, cook per package directions
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 5 ounces sliced black olives
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- Cook pasta and chill.
- Chop onions and red bell peppers.
- Mix vinegar, oil, salt and pepper combine all ingredients and chill.
