Ingredients
- 18 oz. pineapple chunks
- 2 cans mandarin oranges
- 16 oz. orzo (tiny pasta)
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Method
- Drain pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges.
- Retain syrup. Cook pasta.
- Drain and cool, then combine with fruit.
- Combine in saucepan, sugar, eggs, salt and fruit syrup.
- Cook until thickened.
- Cool and add to pasta.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Add Cool Whip and serve.
