Ingredients
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Method
- Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
- Pour over steak.
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning occasionally. Drain steak, reserving marinade.
- Baste steak with marinade while grilling. (Especially good with flank steak.)
