Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 2 small cans mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
Method
- Cut up green onions.
- Fry in oil, stirring constantly, approximately 10 minutes.
- Then stir in eggs until done.
- Add mushrooms and soy sauce; cook 4 minutes.
- Add rice and mix.
