Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 4 to 6 chicken breasts (boneless)
  • soy sauce or teriyaki
  • 1 frozen pkg. green peas, thawed (not cooked)
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 2 pkg. Oodles of Noodles (Oriental flavor)
  • 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 seasoning packets from Oodles of Noodles

Method

  • Marinate chicken and grill.
  • Cube cooked chicken.
  • Chop cabbage.
  • Crumble dry, uncooked noodles.
  • Combine in a large bowl with peas, seeds and noodles.
  • Mix last four ingredients and pour over salad.
  • Keeps well in refrigerator.
