Ingredients
- 5 lb. red potatoes
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 c. onions
- 3/4 bottle Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
Method
- Boil the potatoes until done.
- While still warm, cut up the potatoes. Fry the bacon crisp. Remove from grease.
- Saute onions in bacon grease.
- Pour grease and onions over the potatoes. Crumble up bacon.
- Mix up in potatoes.
- Add dressing.
- Mix up.
