- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 orange
- 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 eggs 1 egg white
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted and cooled
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
- Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a cake pan.
- In a medium bowl whisk the coconut flour, almond meal, salt, and baking soda.
- In a small bowl stir in the orange zest, juice, lemon zest, vanilla, eggs, olive oil, coconut oil, and honey.
- Pour the wet into the dry and mix.
- Pour batter into cake pan and even out.
- Bake for 30 minutes and cool.
- For the "frosting" in a small bowl mix the yogurt, vanilla, and milk. I didn't measure the milk but I wanted the consistency to be like a glaze.
- Pour "frosting" onto cake right before serving.
