Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 qt. OREO Pieces-Small
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 pkg. JELL-O Vanilla Whip N Chill Mousse
  • 1 cup TANG Orange Natural Flavor Drink Mix
  • 1 qt. Ice water

Method

  • Mix OREO Pieces, butter and sugar.
  • Press firmly onto bottom of 2 full-size sheet pans (or 1 sheet pan for trial recipe).
  • Bake in 350F-conventional oven or 300F-convection oven for 10 minutes; cool completely.
  • Place mousse mix, drink mix and water in bowl of electric mixer fitted with wire whip attachment.
  • Beat on low speed 15 seconds or just until moistened.
  • Scrape bowl.
  • Beat on medium speed 8 to 10 minutes or until light and fluffy.
  • Spread filling evenly over crusts.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm.
