Ingredients
- 1 large can yams, well drained
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- pinch of salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except yams, in a saucepan.
- Cook, stirring until thickened.
- Arrange yams in baking dish.
- Pour sauce over them.
- Cover and bake 20 minutes at 350°.
- Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
