Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in warm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 3 c. flour
Method
- Set aside to rise until double.
- Knead and put in loaf pan. Let rise until about 1-inch from top of pan.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 375°.
