Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 9 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Brown sausage and drain.
- Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt together.
- Add bread cubes, cheese and sausage to egg mixture. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
