Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
- 2 c. orange sherbet
- 2 c. Cool Whip
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Add sherbet and mix well. When partially set, add mandarin oranges and fold in Cool Whip. Pour into 1 1/2-quart mold.
- Chill.
- Serves 8.
