Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. butter, room temperature
  • 10 oz. stick of Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 t. red pepper
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies

Method

  • Cream butter/cheese together until well blended. Add red pepper, salt, and flour. Once well blended, stir in rice krispies. Use hands to blend well.
  • Form into tiny balls, then flatten with a fork.
  • Option 1: Freeze as is on cookie sheet for roughly 15 minutes, then put into ziplock bags and freeze for up to 6 months.
  • Option 2: Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
