Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 pt. orange sherbet
  • 2 chopped bananas
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Method

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • Add sherbet to hot gelatin mixture and stir until dissolved.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Pour into a 2-quart ring mold and chill until set. Drained off juices may be substituted for part of the boiling water.
