Ingredients
- 4 center cut pork chops
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. water
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 2 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1/2 c. orange juice
Method
- Season chops with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Brown well in hot fat in skillet.
- Turn down heat, add water and simmer 45 minutes, turning once.
- Add more water if necessary.
