Ingredients
- 2 large cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Combine ingredients.
- Put into greased casserole.
- Bake in slow oven at 300°, uncovered, for 1 hour or until set and browned.
