- 2 lb. large shrimp
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. green onion
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- salt to taste
Method
- Clean and shell shrimp.
- Preheat broiler.
- Melt butter.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, chopped green onion, basil, oregano, garlic, pepper and salt.
