Ingredients
- 1 small can sugar-free apricots, chopped
- 2 small cans sugar-free mandarin oranges
- 1 large box sugar-free orange jello
- 2 small containers peach yogurt
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. thin grated cheese
Method
- Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
- Add juice from the 3 cans of fruit.
- Chill until half firm.
- Mix in cans of fruit.
- Add yogurt.
- Set in 1 large oblong glass baking pan until firm.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Ice with Cool Whip.
- Garnish top with more grated cheese.
- Serves 8 to 10 people.
