Ingredients

  • 1 small can sugar-free apricots, chopped
  • 2 small cans sugar-free mandarin oranges
  • 1 large box sugar-free orange jello
  • 2 small containers peach yogurt
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1 pkg. thin grated cheese

Method

  • Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
  • Add juice from the 3 cans of fruit.
  • Chill until half firm.
  • Mix in cans of fruit.
  • Add yogurt.
  • Set in 1 large oblong glass baking pan until firm.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Ice with Cool Whip.
  • Garnish top with more grated cheese.
  • Serves 8 to 10 people.
