Ingredients
- 2 c. fresh cranberries
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. shortening, melted
Method
- Grease 10-inch pie plate. Spread cranberries over bottom of plate; sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar, then nuts. Beat eggs well; add 1 cup sugar. Beat thoroughly. Add flour, margarine and shortening. Beat well. Pour batter over cranberries. Bake at 325° for 60 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm, topped with whipped cream.
