Ingredients
- 4 cans refrigerator biscuits (10 count)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Set oven at 350°.
- Grease tube or Bundt pan well with margarine or butter.
- Cut biscuits into quarters and shake in 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon to coat.
- Place layers in pan, sprinkling nuts throughout.
- Combine last 3 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Stir until mixture starts to thicken and pour over biscuits.
- Bake for 30 minutes. When cool, turn over onto serving dish.
- For decoration, place nuts and cherries on top.
