Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 can apricot nectar
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped almonds
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, finely chopped

Method

  • Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water in bowl; stir in apricot nectar.
  • Add pineapple and mandarin oranges; mix well.
  • Stir in almonds and cream cheese; spoon into serving bowl.
  • Chill in refrigerator, stirring once as mixture begins to set.
  • Chill until set.
  • (Cream cheese chops better when very cold.)
  • Yields 12 servings.
