Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 can apricot nectar
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped almonds
- 3 oz. cream cheese, finely chopped
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water in bowl; stir in apricot nectar.
- Add pineapple and mandarin oranges; mix well.
- Stir in almonds and cream cheese; spoon into serving bowl.
- Chill in refrigerator, stirring once as mixture begins to set.
- Chill until set.
- (Cream cheese chops better when very cold.)
- Yields 12 servings.
