Ingredients
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 egg, beaten
- small piece of butter
- 1 container whipping cream
- 2 sponge cakes
Method
- Combine sugar, flour, salt, orange juice, egg and a small piece of butter. Cook until thick.
- After it has cooled, add whipping cream to mix.
- Split 2 sponge cakes in half, making 4 layers.
- Top each layer and sides.
- Refrigerate overnight or make in morning to serve at night.
