Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • small piece of butter
  • 1 container whipping cream
  • 2 sponge cakes

Method

  • Combine sugar, flour, salt, orange juice, egg and a small piece of butter. Cook until thick.
  • After it has cooled, add whipping cream to mix.
  • Split 2 sponge cakes in half, making 4 layers.
  • Top each layer and sides.
  • Refrigerate overnight or make in morning to serve at night.
