Ingredients
- 2 cups mango pulp (already sweetened)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup milk or 1 cup soymilk
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder (optional)
Method
- Mix all in a blender.
- Keep in refrigerator to serve cold (otherwise add over ice but that will dilute the taste and not be as flavorful). Shake before pouring.
