Ingredients
- 1 (8.5 oz.) can crushed pineapple with syrup
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1/4 c. pecans
Method
- Bring pineapple with syrup to boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in Jell-O.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Stir in buttermilk; fold in Cool Whip and pecans.
- Pour into 8 cup molds and chill 4 hours.
