Ingredients
- 3 large onions
- 1/2 stick butter
- 5 c. water
- 5 pkg. Herb-Ox beef bouillon
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Use butter to saute onion until tender and glistening. Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.
- Add Worcestershire sauce to taste.
- Garnish with cheese and croutons.
