Ingredients
- 1/4 c. raspberry vinegar
- 1/4 c. fresh raspberries
- 1 shallot, finely diced
- 1/2 c. low-fat yogurt
- 3/4 c. vegetable or canola oil
- 3 Tbsp. poppy seed
Method
- Whip first four ingredients well.
- Add oil in a slow, steady stream while whipping.
- Add poppy seed.
- Taste to check vinegar to oil ratio.
- Add one or the other to desired taste.
- Makes about 2 cups.
