Ingredients

  • 1/2 Lb. Red Grapes
  • 1/3 Sweet Onion
  • 1 Hothouse Cucumber (or 1/3 large generic cucumber)
  • 2 Roma Tomatos
  • 1 Avocado (Optional)
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. Cloves
  • 1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 2 - 3 Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce (or hot sauce of choice)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Method

  • Halve the grapes and chop onion, cucumber, tomatos and avacado. Mince garlic and combine all ingredient in a bowl and scoop with your favorite crunchy snack. I used plain old Tortilla chips. Munchilicious!
