Ingredients
- 1 whole Yellow Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 teaspoons Cumin
- 1 dash Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Cilantro
Method
- Chop onion into a small covered bowl and add remaining ingredients, reserving cilantro for garnishing. Place a lid on the bowl and gently shake to mix ingredients. Refrigerate for a couple hours and shake the bowl again, open and sprinkle with cilantro. This is great to cool off hot curries or serve with naan.
