Ingredients
- 2 c. pitted mediterranean olives (e.g. calamata olives)
- 1 tbsp. fresh minced garlic
- 1 tsp. dried oregano or Italian seasonings
- 1/4 c. marinated sun dried tomatoes, drained but wet
Method
- Place ingredients in the bowl of food processor fitted with a steel blade.
- Pulse several times and scrape sides of bowl down. Pulse until mixture of coarse paste.
- Makes a generous cup.
- Serve on toasted bread.
