Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sifted flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 36 to 40 medium pimento stuffed olives
Method
- Blend butter and cheese.
- Add flour, salt and paprika.
- Blend and mix well to form dough.
- Using about 1 teaspoon of dough, flatten dough out in the palm of your hand and wrap it around each olive.
- Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
- May be served hot or cold. May be made ahead and frozen, baked or unbaked.
