Ingredients
- 2 c. grated extra sharp cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
- 1 large bottle stuffed olives, drained
Method
- Cream cheese, butter, baking powder and salt.
- Add flour.
- Mix well with hands.
- Pinch off and mash out flat.
- Put olive in the middle and dough around it well.
- Bake at 400° for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Makes approximately 50 balls.
