Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup of rep pepper flakes, or to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups of fresh lime juice
  • assorted cut up vegatebles to put on the kabobs

Method

  • place the lime juice, the cut up chicken and the pepper flakes in a bowl or bag and refrigerate and marinate for at least 45 minutes. NOTE: can be marinated longer, but that will intensify the heat. After the chicken is marinated, alternate chicken and vegetables on skewers and grill, usually for about 7 minutes total. serve with white rice that has sauteed garlic in it
