Ingredients
- 2 gal. green beans
- boiling water
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- salt
Method
- Break beans and pour boiling water over them.
- Let set 10 minutes and drain.
- Cover with water again and add 1 cup vinegar and 1 cup sugar.
- Cook 30 minutes and put in jars with 1 teaspoon of salt in bottom of quart jar.
