Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, diced and boiled for 3 minutes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1 small onion, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook potatoes; drain.
- Add soup and onions.
- Mix with 3/4 cup cheese and save remaining for top.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
