Ingredients
- 1 can coconut
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- unbaked pie shell
Method
- Blend coconut with milk and let mixture stand.
- Cream butter with sugar.
- Add eggs, then the coconut and milk.
- Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
